Classic Cookers provide ESSE traditional wood burning cookers. ESSE have been making traditional range cookers since 1854, longer than any other manufacturer. All ESSE cookers are hand made to an excellent standard, are easy to clean and easy to live with.

Classic Cookers have available an ESSE electric companion model for all their wood burning cookers. This contains four electric hot plates and two large electric ovens providing the ultimate in convenience.

Classic Cookers provide Thermalux stoves, which are handcrafted providing superior quality and individuality. All stoves are functional, attractive and with a large variety of colour options available at an affordable price.

Classic Cookers have three great options; Grand Cuisine, Supreme Mk 3 and the Clarendon. All Thermalux stoves are made to an excellent standard using heavy steel construction. All stoves are manufactured in Australia and contain large-sized ovens and large hotplates for your convenience.

For your convenience this Gourmet Cooker has a large cook top surface, a slow combustion wood stove, two hot plate access lids for wok cooking, an oven thermometer for an accurate control temperature while cooking and easy user-friendly controls.

The beauty of this Gourmet Cooker is in its heating ability. With this superior sized firebox this wood stove can heat up to 85qrs. However if this much warmth is not required the wood stove can be adjusted down providing a controlled amount of warmth. Classic Cookers provide an excellent range of wood fire boilers which have cleverly designed waterways and smoke paths providing maximum heating from its compact size. While these wood fire boilers heat your house, they also heat water which is stored in a low pressure hot water tank and then pumped through wetback radiators or slab floor heating for domestic usage.

Classic Cookers can provide you with the all new ESSE 700 free-standing wood heater which contains a purpose built solid cast iron, high efficiency wood boiler with a high output water boiler. This free-standing wood boiler is an excellent carbon neutral, low-emission heating option which is suitable for burning overnight and can be used to heat up to 4-8 radiators. This ESSE wood boiler is made using only the finest steel and cast and is designed with an afterburn system for outstanding flame and heat control.
